Swifts v F'birds - Tickets/Game Guide

It's one of the biggest and most intense rivalries in Aussie netball, the Swifts v the Firebirds. Two Foundation Teams formed in 1997 who never give an inch. 

This round will also be the Swifts' annual Heritage game which will celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the 2004 Swifts Premiership win.

Ticketholders are encouraged to arrive early to avoid queues which may occur closer to the start of the game. For a quicker entry, we encourage ticketholders that are not carrying a bag to use the bagless entry bridge at the bottom of Olympic Boulevard.

At halftime in this game the Swifts will mark the 20th Anniversary of the 2004 Premiership, which remains one of the Club’s most important achievements in three decades of competition.  

Suncorp is bringing together some of netball’s most unlikely stars for a one-off match to be played as a curtain-raiser to the NSW Swifts' Heritage Round clash with the Queensland Firebirds at Ken Rosewall Arena this Sunday.

The Marquee is located to the left of Bridge C on entry. 

The closest parking stations to Ken Rosewall Arena are P3 and P4, located along Sarah Durack Avenue. 

P3 parking is under cover and has a larger capacity, while P4 is open air. Once parked in either car park, please make your way to the venue via Sarah Durack Avenue and turn on to Olympic Boulevard. 

We encourage all ticketholders to pre-book parking using the link below.

There are also plenty of bus & train options to get to a Swifts game. 

Our closest train station is Sydney Olympic Park - however, you would need to change at Lidcombe.

Ken Rosewall Arena is a 10-15 minute walk from the Sydney Olympic Park train station. 

Lidcombe, Homebush or Strathfield also have frequent bus options from their stations. Plan your trip via the link below: 

Each Swifts game has a range of food trucks and beverage providers in the activation zone area of Ken Rosewall Arena. 

There is also a fully licensed bar for patrons who wish to enjoy a beer or wine. 

PRE-GAME 

Swifts players are preparing for a match when they are on court prior to the first centre pass. They are in game focus mode and are not available for selfies or signings.

POST-GAME
 
Please note at this game there will be no signings courtside as players will be attending the Post-Match Member Function. 

This experience is reserved for 2024 Members of the NSW Swifts. Members have been emailed function details and will need to register to attend. Please note places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
