Dylan Nexhip is Head Coach of the NSW Swifts, leading the club with a strong focus on innovation, high performance and athlete development. A former Australian Kelpies captain and respected coach, he was appointed Head Coach after two successful seasons as the Swifts' Assistant Coach.

Jo Harten MBE

Assistant Coach

Jo Harten MBE is the Assistant Coach of the NSW Swifts, bringing extensive international playing and leadership experience to the role. A former England Roses Captain and Commonwealth Games Gold Nedallist, Harten is widely respected for her tactical knowledge, competitive mindset and ability to develop athletes.
