Teigan O'Shannassy

Teigan O'Shannassy, 25, is a dynamic Goal Keeper and Goal Defence who developed through the NSW Swifts pathway. After debuting in Suncorp Super Netball with the Giants, she returned to the Swifts in 2021 as a training partner before earning a full-time roster spot in 2022. Teigan made her official debut for the Swifts in 2023 and played a key role in their SSN Grand Final appearance that same year. A qualified nutritionist, Teigan is passionate about promoting healthy eating for athletes. She also helped Australia win the 2024 Fast5 World Series, further solidifying her reputation as a versatile defender.
