At the NSW Swifts, our success is powered by more than the players on the court. It takes an incredible community working together and game day is no different.
Following an outstanding 2026 season—our biggest volunteer program yet—we're gearing up for another exciting Suncorp Super Netball season in 2027 and we'd love for you to be part of it.
We're currently recruiting enthusiastic, dedicated volunteers to join our Game Day Team. If you've ever wanted to experience the excitement of elite netball from the inside, this is your opportunity.
As a Game Day Volunteer, you'll go behind the scenes of Australia's premier netball competition, see firsthand what it takes to deliver a professional sporting event, gain valuable experience in sport and event operations, and become part of an amazing volunteer community all while enjoying world-class netball.

There are a variety of ways to get involved, including:
- Field of Play
- Sports Presentation Assistants
- Fan Activations and Spectator Services

- Event Set Up and Pack Down
- Membership and Ticketing
Pre-Season & Event Opportunities
Want to help beyond game day? Volunteers are also needed for:
- Pre-season matches
- Special events, including Train Like a Swift clinics, gala dinners etc.
No prior skills or experience is required, however if you do have any particular skills you think would be a great addition we would love to know!
We will provide a welcome induction day to introduce you to the team and answer any questions you may have.
