Netball NSW is delighted to announce that Tyrepower has joined the NSW Swifts as the Official Tyre Partner of the club for the 2021 Suncorp Super Netball Season.
The Tyrepower Group was formed in 1977 by ten independent tyre retailers with the aim of offering consumers the flexibility, savings and value of an independent dealer network.
It has now grown to be the largest independent tyre retailer in Australia and New Zealand.
Yael Reed, Netball NSW Executive General Manager of Commercial & Marketing, welcomed Tyrepower to the netball family. Tyrepower have also been named as partners of the Swifts' local rivals Giants Netball.
“Like our great game, Tyrepower has a strong place in communities all over Australia and New Zealand, so this is a very good match for both parties,” she said.
“At Netball NSW we are very lucky to have two professional teams in the Swifts and Giants and companies like Tyrepower see the wonderful role models and levels of athletic excellence they produce.
“Often in these partnerships it is about shared values and it is fantastic to have Tyrepower on board with us as Super Netball makes a welcome return to Sydney after COVID-19 took it out of state last year.”
