With the Christmas and New Year School Holidays just around the corner, the NSW Swifts have the perfect gift idea for the budding (or excelling) netballer in your life.
Returning bigger and better than ever in 2025, our Train Like A Swift Clinics are the ideal way to have School Holiday fun and get an insight into life at NSW’s most celebrated professional female sports team.
In January we will have specially tailored programs for specific age-groups and levels to ensure a brilliant day out for all participants at Netball Central in Sydney Olympic Park.
The three Clinics on offer are:
- Junior Train Like A Swift (6-11 years of age)
- Teen Train Like A Swift (12-19 years of age)
- 2 Day Representative Train Like A Swift (Rep players aged 12-15 only)

2-DAY REP CLINIC (Wed-Thurs, 22-23 January 2025)
For those further along their netball journey, Representative participants in this clinic will be empowered to explore new and more in-depth training methods and will also be equipped with learnings in nutrition, wellbeing, strength & conditioning, all alongside developing their netball skills, learning from expert coaches.
