We’re thrilled to give you the opportunity to cheer us on at our three 2020 regular season home games at our new home of Ken Rosewall Arena in Sydney Olympic Park.
To comply with NSW Government guidelines, Ken Rosewall Arena will need to operate with a significantly reduced capacity and keep physical distancing measures in place. Members who wish to attend home games must redeem a complimentary ticket online via Ticketek during a member redemption window in the lead up to each home game.
You will be guaranteed one (1) ticket per membership for each game which can only be redeemed during a member redemption window. The specific ticket link for each game will be sent to members via email just before each window opens with priority time access based on your membership package. (Note: Regional Members only receive access to one game)

To redeem your complimentary ticket, you will be required to enter your 14-digit barcode number into the barcode redemption box of the Ticketek page which will be on the right side of the page. Your barcode number can be found on the back of your 2020 Membership Card.
If redeeming multiple tickets, you should enter one barcode one under the other.

Your seats will not be allocated at the time of redeeming your tickets. You will only have the option of selecting one ticket per barcode number. Seating will be allocated only after the redemption window has closed so we can ensure there is adequate spacing between each group. Therefore, you will not receive your tickets from Ticketek until later in the week.
We strongly encourage you to read through the Important Ticketing Information points below which will answer any further questions you may have.
Important Ticketing Information
- Membership cards will not scan in at Ken Rosewall Arena and seating information on your card will not apply in order to comply with NSW Government guidelines.
- Members must redeem a ticket during the member redemption window for each game with the ticket link sent just before each window opens. You will be guaranteed a ticket as long as you redeem during the redemption window.
- Your barcode number is printed on the back of your 2020 Membership Card
- A maximum of six (6) barcodes can be redeemed together at any one time if you wish to be seated with family or friends. You will have the opportunity to enter multiple barcode numbers one underneath the other to redeem the corresponding number of tickets.
- Members can prepare for the online redemption process by nominating one Member to manage this transaction by collating all barcode numbers for those wishing to be seated together in advance.
- The nominated Member should check their Ticketek account in advance to ensure that they are able to successfully login. If you don’t hold a Ticketek account, we recommend creating an account before the ticket redemption window opens.
- If your barcode does not work during the redemption window, please email your barcode and member number to membership@nswswifts.com.au
- Seats will not be allocated at the time of redemption to assist with physical distancing requirements. Members will be allocated seats based on transaction date and time.
- Additional tickets will not be available for purchase at the time of redeeming your tickets.
- Tickets redeemed in separate transactions will not be seated together.
- For tracing purposes, it will not be possible to transfer your ticket to anyone other than the nominated member and accompanying members if requesting multiple tickets in one transaction.

- Please ensure you only sit in your allocated seat as indicated on your ticket as we have a number of seats that will be off-sale for physical distancing requirements.

MEMBER PRE-SALE
Members who are ineligible to redeem a ticket will be provided access to purchase tickets during a member pre-sale only after the redemption window has closed. These members will receive an email once the pre-sale goes live.
PLEASE NOTE
Your game day experience will be a little different in 2020 as we comply with strict, but important, health and safety measures to keep our players, support staff, members and staff as safe as possible. This means you will not see our usual game day activities in the precinct area or have the opportunity to see or meet players after the game.
Members may be subject to a health survey upon entry. If you are not comfortable with meeting these requirements, please do not redeem a ticket.
This includes not attending if you are feeling unwell, currently have symptoms of Covid-19, have travelled interstate or overseas in the past 14 days, or have been in contact with a confirmed Covid-19 case in the past 14 days.
