The NSW Swifts will open the 2023 Suncorp Team Girls Cup (TGC) when they take on the West Coast Fever at the Gold Coast Sports & Leisure Centre on Friday 24 February (4pm).
The seven-time Premiers have been drawn in Pool A of the pre-season competition alongside the Fever, Collingwood Magpies and the Sunshine Coast Lightning.
The TGC will see all eight Suncorp Super Netball teams converge on the Gold Coast venue from Friday to Sunday, 24-26 February, for a weekend of netty action as they gear up for the 2023 season, which starts in March.
After the Fever game, the Swifts will next be in action against the Magpies at 11am on Saturday 25 February before hitting the court again at 6pm on the same day to face the Lightning.
Sunday's games will consist of the competition playoffs with the top teams in both Pool A and Pool B contesting the Grand Final.
In an event first, kids will have the opportunity to experience all the action for free. Additionally, a range of ticket packages and options will be available for all to witness netball’s best across one or multiple days.

“The 2023 edition provides a prime opportunity for Queenslanders, and netball fans across Australia, to experience the best players from all eight teams of the world’s best netball league under one roof ahead of the seventh Suncorp Super Netball season.
“We are also excited to offer kids the chance to experience all the fun of the Suncorp Team Girls Cup for free as a small gesture of our appreciation for their support, with adults having an opportunity to connect with netball in person from as little as $10 with Early Bird prices.”

Tickets
Ticket sales for the TGC commence Tuesday 24 January, with a pre-sale for Super Netball club members, registered participants nationwide and Netball Nation subscribers available from 12pm to 7pm.
Early Bird general public tickets will go on sale Wednesday 25 January at 12pm and close at 11:59pm on Friday 27 January. Standard general public tickets are available from 12am on Saturday 28 January onwards. Tickets will be available via Ticketek.
