The 2024 Suncorp Super Netball season has broken records with the season the most watched ever across Foxtel Group linear and streaming platforms Foxtel, Kayo Sports, Foxtel Now and Foxtel Go. It is the third consecutive year of viewership growth.
Streaming audiences have also increased across three consecutive years with 63% of the audience now enjoying Netball on Kayo Sports, Foxtel Now and Foxtel Go. In total across the season and final series, there were more than 210 million minutes streamed across all matches.
The 2024 Grand Final, which saw the Adelaide Thunderbirds become back-to-back champions after defeating the Melbourne Vixens, recorded nine million minutes streamed on Kayo Sports, Foxtel Go and Foxtel Now.
Kayo Sports subscribers have also benefited from Netball Australia’s groundbreaking broadcast and streaming rights deal with Foxtel Group with two matches a round and every match of the Final Series available live and free via Kayo Freebies. This audience group also continues to grow each season.

The Opening Round achieved the highest opening round of all time while the West Coast Fever v Melbourne Vixens game in round 7 that saw the Vixens break the Fever’s unbeaten record was the most watched match of the season.
