How do you like to keep active at home?
I love the gym and doing weights sessions. At the moment I have a little gym set up in my shed so me and my sister have been spending most mornings in there working out.
Three tips to getting active from home?
- Do it in the morning, it’s such a good way to start the day.
- Do a type of exercise that you enjoy whether it’s going for a run, doing a circuit in your backyard or some yoga.
- Try to exercise outside if you can so you get some fresh air.
Favourite healthy meal to cook?
I love cooking a big roast dinner with lots of veggies.
What’s your day on a plate look like?
Brekky: Toast with honey or peanut butter
Lunch: Chicken or tuna, cheese and salad toastie
Dinner: Some kind of meat and veggies
Snacks: Carrots and dip, Nectarines, and of course a little bit of chocolate after dinner.
