Leading Australian Labour & Employment Law Firm and Management Consultancy, People + Culture Strategies (PCS) has recommitted to the NSW Swifts as Team Partners for the 2025 Suncorp Super Netball season.
Proud supporters of the Swifts since 2020, the team at PCS are trusted advisers to Australian and international employers of all sizes and across all industries, including sport.
As well as the continued support of the Swifts, the partnership will also include Netball NSW with PCS acting as the organisation’s Official People Partner.
Alongside netball, PCS also work with most major sports organisations in NSW including Sport NSW, Cricket NSW and NSW Rugby Union.
Founder and Managing Principal of PCS, Joydeep Hor, said he was delighted to be back on deck for another season.
“We are proud to partner with many of NSW’s finest sporting teams and organisations and our partnership with the Swifts is one that we really treasure and is of great personal significance to many of us,” he said.
“Last year Suncorp Super Netball was the most attended female sports league in Australian history and it has been a growth accelerated by the wonderful athletes, coaches and people who make netball and the Swifts so loved.
“The rise in visibility of women in sport is a wonderful thing, especially given the Swifts and Netball NSW have been pioneering it for generations.
“At PCS, through our professional work with employers of all shapes and sizes, we understand the many challenges that sporting bodies can face in such a competitive market, and we are also keenly aware of the traditional challenges women have historically faced both in the workplace and in the sporting world.
“We are proud of the work we have done both internally and with our clients to address these challenges.”
Swifts Executive General Manager Jeremy Butler welcomed PCS’s renewed commitment.
“This is wonderful news and I would like to extend sincere thanks to Joydeep and his team,” he said.
“Our people are our greatest asset and empowering them to be their best in all areas, both in on-court performance and in the office, is the only way to stay at the forefront of an ever-changing sports landscape.
“However, it is not always easy and great environments do not happen by accident. It takes commitment and teamwork for people to buy into a set of values.
“The Team at PCS are a wonderful support in this space and their expertise proves invaluable when it is required. They are long-standing partners of the Swifts and netball across NSW and this partnership is deeply valued.”
