The NSW Swifts are delighted to announce that leading Australian labour and employment law firm and management consultancy People + Culture Strategies (PCS) have extended their support of the Club after signing on as Major Partners for the 2023 Suncorp Super Netball season.
PCS is a trusted adviser to Australian and international employers of all sizes and across all industries, servicing those organisations purely in the fields of labour and employment law and strategy.
In 2023 the PCS logo will appear proudly on the Swifts’ iconic Red Dress, alongside the Club’s Heritage and First Nations uniforms when they are worn in those dedicated Rounds.
As well as the Swifts, who they have supported since 2020, PCS also have a long-standing relationship with another of the State’s most celebrated sporting franchises being rugby union’s NSW Waratahs. PCS is also the Official People Partner of nearly all major NSW sporting codes.
“PCS has a great reputation as a professional services firm which cares deeply about how to best enable people to perform at their optimum,” Kath Tetley, Executive General Manager of the NSW Swifts, said.
“They also have a deep knowledge of the sports industry and how we operate. The stakes are always very high when it comes to professional sport so having the expertise of PCS on board is invaluable.”
Founder and Managing Principal of PCS, Joydeep Hor, said:
“We are very proud and delighted to be extending our partnership with the NSW Swifts for another season and have loved the shared journey we’ve been on so far.
“The Swifts are NSW’s most celebrated female sports team and have been pioneers for women in sport, and broken many boundaries throughout their 27 years.
“PCS has always been a market-leader in the opportunities we have created for women lawyers and professionals, and we feel that this shared value has allowed our partnership to blossom.
“It has been a pleasure to work alongside the players, coaches and dedicated staff who all strive for excellence and we are looking forward to what promises to be another massive season of Super Netball.”
