We are delighted to inform part-season Members that the redemption window to select home games for the 2021 Suncorp Super Netball season will open next week on Tuesday 13 April.
The redemption window allows 5-Game, 3-Game (Derby & Non-Derby), Swifts & Swans and Regional Members to redeem tickets for home games based on their entitlements.
Only the Primary Account Holder (PAH) who purchased memberships under their account will be able to redeem tickets. The PAH will receive an email next week with further instructions including a barcode number which will allow them to redeem a ticket(s) for each membership.
At this stage, only the following games will be available for ticket redemption;
- RD 3: Swifts v Vixens: 1pm, Sunday 16 May
- RD 5: Swifts v Magpies: 3pm, Sunday 30 May
The redemption window will remain open up until two weeks before each home game.
Any seats not redeemed before this time will be released to the public, however, you will still be able to redeem tickets based on best available seating in your category.
Ticket redemption for our remaining five home games will be gradually released as we enter the 2021 Season and we will keep you updated on the redemption window timeline via email.

When will the redemption window open?
The redemption window for our first two home games will open on Tuesday 13 April. The PAH will receive an email on this day with their barcode number and further instructions on how to redeem tickets for each membership they hold.
Will I be redeeming tickets for everyone in my order?
Yes, you will redeem tickets for each membership you have purchased under your account using the one barcode number.
How do I sit with friends who have purchased in a separate order?
You will be able to enter multiple barcode numbers one under the other using the example below. Please ensure that only one Primary Member is redeeming the tickets.

Can I redeem my ticket(s) at any time?
There is no deadline for when you need to redeem your ticket however membership seats that have not been redeemed two weeks before a home game will be released for sale. You can still redeem tickets within the two weeks leading into a game however seating will be based on best available at the time of booking.
Can I buy additional tickets at the time of redeeming tickets?
Yes, you will redeem a ticket for each membership you hold and in the same page you will have the option to purchase additional tickets using your 10% member discount.
What happens if I don’t redeem tickets?
You will not be able to access home games if you do not redeem your ticket online.
How many games do I have access to?
- 5-Game: 5 Games of choice
- 3-Game (Derby): 3 Games (including RD 12 derby)
- 3-Game (Non-Derby): 3 Games (excluding RD 12 derby)
- Swifts & Swans: 3 Games (including RD 12 derby)
- Regional: 1 Game of choice
- Swiftees: 1 Game of choice
