The NSW Swifts are excited to announce that HomeWorld will continue as a Major Partner for the 2025 and 2026 Suncorp Super Netball seasons. Homeworld have been a strong supporter of the Swifts since 2024 and the new collaboration sees the partnership extend into a fourth year.
In addition to being a Major Partner of the NSW Swifts, HomeWorld will also continue as a Team Partner of Netball NSW, and an Official Partner of the HART State Titles. The partnership will see HomeWorld’s branding proudly displayed on the back of the NSW Swifts’ dresses as the club bids for an eighth Premiership when the season starts on April 6.
Trudi Busch, Chief Marketing Officer of HomeWorld Group, shared her excitement about the renewed partnership:
“We are absolutely thrilled to extend our partnership and find our home with the NSW Swifts for the next two years. The Swifts represent the pinnacle of Australian netball, showcasing an elite level of professionalism, talent, and determination that we are incredibly proud to support,” said Busch.
“At HomeWorld, we believe in the power of sport to inspire and connect communities. Netball is a game that unites people across New South Wales, from grassroots courts to the elite stage, and the Swifts are at the heart of that journey. By continuing our support, we’re not just backing a championship-winning team—we’re investing in the future of the game, helping to nurture the next generation of athletes and ensuring that netball continues to thrive.”
“The level of professionalism within the NSW Swifts and Netball NSW is truly impressive,” Busch continued. “We see incredible opportunities in aligning with netball and supporting both the elite players who inspire us today and the young athletes who will shape its future. We also hope this partnership with the NSW Swifts sets an example for other brands to recognise the immense value in supporting netball.”
"HomeWorld looks forward to the next two years with the NSW Swifts and continuing to champion netball’s growth at every level.”
Briony Akle, NSW Swifts Head Coach, commented on the partnership’s impact on the team:
“We are incredibly grateful for HomeWorld’s continued support,” said Akle. “Their commitment to the Swifts and netball as a whole has been instrumental in helping us maintain the high standards we set on and off the court. Their passion for the game and its growth aligns perfectly with our goals, and we’re excited to have them by our side for the next two years.”
Jeremy Butler, NSW Swifts Executive General Manager, added:
"We are delighted to announce we are extending our partnership with Homeworld. Homeworld's backing for the NSW Swifts and women's sport in general shines through in their desire to support our professional athletes, and community netball.
"We are delighted that their name will be on our famous red dress for another two years as we bid to secure more silverware."
The extended partnership will see HomeWorld’s involvement continue across a range of initiatives, ensuring that both the NSW Swifts and Netball NSW continue to thrive and inspire future generations of netball stars.
