- How does ticketing work at the Swifts?
If you like to be super organized, we highly recommend purchasing tickets in our Pre-Sale windows. This will help ensure you secure tickets to your preferred matches this season.
If you want to jump the queue and secure the best seats in the house, perhaps a NSW Swifts Membership is for you. With Full Season, 3 Game and 1 Game options, we have a 2023 NSW Swifts Membership to suit every NSW Swifts fan.

- When will tickets go on sale?
2023 NSW Swifts tickets will be available as follows:
- Part-Season Membership redemption is now open: Members entitled to attend 3 games or 1 game (depending upon membership type) are encouraged to secure ticket/s to their preferred NSW Swifts games now. Details are have been emailed.
- Swifts Members Pre-Sale – Monday 13 February: From this date Swifts Members will be able to purchase additional tickets for friends & family.
- Netball NSW Pre-Sale – Tuesday 14 February: This is a window for our 2023 Netball NSW registered members to purchase tickets ahead of the General Public.
- General Public On-Sale: Thursday 16 February
- Do Part-Season Members have to redeem tickets in advance?
Yes, Part-Season Members who have 1 or 3 game tickets included in their membership (e.g. 3-Game Memberships or Regional Membership) must log in and secure their tickets prior to each home game they wish to attend.
Part-Season Members cannot pick up tickets at the box office on the day of the game or use their membership card. They should be secured early and before tickets exhaust for certain games.
- Do Full-Season Members need to redeem their tickets?
Full Season Members (those memberships which includes tickets to all 7 home games) simply use their card to scan in for entry at the gates. Full Season members have their own reserved seat for the full season.
Non-Members and fans can purchase individual game tickets during a pre-sale window or when open to the general public on Thursday 16 February.
- How to buy a ticket to a NSW Swifts Home game?
Ticketmaster is our ticket agent for the 2023 Suncorp Super Netball Season. Tickets will go on sale to the General Public on Thursday 16 February.
If you are eligible to book or purchase tickets in an early pre-sale window you will be sent an email with an access link. You will be invited to purchase tickets to the games of your choice during the allocated pre-sale window of time (estimate: 24 hours). Pre-Sale information will be emailed to eligible individuals ahead of the pre-sale date
- Why have a Pre-Sale window for Swifts Members?
Sometimes Members wish to buy gifts for friends or additional tickets in addition to having their own full-season Member seats. Members will be provided with a pre-sale window on Monday 13 February to make these purchases. Access will be provided via your up to date membership email.
- What have a registered netball participant Pre-Sale?
Why? Because we love netball of course and we are the NSW Swifts…GO NSW!! Pre-Sale details will be emailed to participants on Tuesday 14 February.
- When do GP tickets go on sale?
Tickets are open for the general public to purchase on Thursday 16 February. A public link to purchase tickets will be released in due course.
- Why buy a Membership rather than tickets?
When you become a NSW Swifts Member, not only do you join our 27-year Swifts family and gain access to a raft of Member-Only merchandise and benefits; a full season NSW Swifts Membership ensures your seat in the stands.
Full-Season Memberships (Red and Gold) are the perfect way to secure the best reserved seats for the whole season. Once purchased all you need to do is turn up to each home game, scan your membership card and enjoy the NSW Swifts in action from your very own reserved seat. More detials HERE
3-Game Memberships are just that. 3-Game Members are able to select which three games they would like to attend, however, we recommend redeeming tickets to preferred matches early as we expect allocation for some matches to exhaust quickly. More details HERE
- When are the NSW Swifts' home games in 2023?

Please note: The NSW derby hosted by NSW Swifts is on Sunday 4 June.
- Where are home games played?
All of the NSW Swifts' home games will be played at Ken Rosewall Arena, 2 Rod Laver Drive, Sydney Olympic Park.
Ken Rosewall Arena, was named after Ken Rosewall a legend of Australian tennis. The facility is managed by Tennis NSW and from March – August each year and becomes the home court for the NSW Swifts. More details HERE
- How can I buy Group Tickets for my netty team and mates?
Ticketmaster offers a Group Booking please email our ticketing team; ticketing@nswswifts.com.au
Groups bookings are for groups between 15 - 400 individuals and will be available from Thursday 16 February date
Should you wish to purchase 1 – 10 tickets, you can simply do this via Ticketmaster once General Public tickets are on sale.
- What are the seat categories for NSW Swifts Home Games?
There are several categories of seating for Swifts home games. The lower bowl of seating offers seats that are close to the action. Membership categories in the lower bowl include: Club 97 (limited in supply – please call the Membership Team on 02 9951 5000), Yellow Diamond, Diamond, Platinum and Red. The upper bowl seating offers an elevated view: sections Gold (sideline view), Silver (corner view) and Green (baselines view) sections.

- Home Game Full House – what does this mean?
The Swifts Club expect that there may be some matches in season 2023 that are a Full House. This means that seating allocations are exhausted. We highly recommend that Members and fans secure match tickets via a Full Season membership, early for a Part-Season membership or single tickets early (during the pre-sales) to ensure that they see their preferred game, for example – when the Swifts host the NSW Local Derby on Sunday 4 June.
- How do you buy tickets to Swifts away games?
The opposition team manages ticketing for their home games. If you are planning to travel to a Swift away game, please visit the opposing team's website for ticketing information.
For our away game against our local rivals on Saturday 29 April, it is important to note that this is hosted and managed by Giants Netball. Tickets to this match at Ken Rosewall Arena on Saturday 29 April can be purchased from Ticketmaster once released by the Giants.
- Final Series tickets – how does this work?
The Finals Series ticketing is owned and operated by Suncorp Super Netball and more information will be provided to Members and fans closer to the playoffs.
Finals Series match tickets must be purchased in addition to any NSW Swifts Membership packages. More information in relation to the Finals Series will be available later in the season.
- How can I really make the most of a Swifts Game Day?
A NSW Swifts home game is a sporting and entertainment experience from start to finish.
Home games have themes, activities, fan fun, activations, player signings and member experiences. How you wish to enjoy the game is totally up to you!
