To mark the 20th Anniversary of the 2004 Swifts Premiership win, the Club has produced limited edition Commemorative Pins.
The pins will be presented to each Member of the 2004 squad, and Swifts fans will also have the opportunity to get their hands on these special mementos of our 2024 Heritage Round.
Under the tutelage of then head coach Julie Fitzgerald and captain Liz Ellis, the Swifts rebounded from Grand Final disappointment in 2003 to claim the Club’s second Premiership one year later, winning at 52-51 thriller against the Melbourne Phoenix.
The 2004 decider was also the final game for current Swifts head coach Briony Akle as a player for the Club.

WHERE TO BUY
- The Pins will be available at the Swifts’ Suncorp Super Netball Round 12 Heritage Game against the Queensland Firebirds at Ken Rosewall Arena on Sunday 30 June.
- They can be purchased at the Swifts Marquee which is located to the left of Bridge C on entry to KRA.
