In 2026 the NSW Swifts are excited to be partnering with Mber+ which allows Members to customise their Member Pack(s) with a wide range of products such as backpacks, sports bags, drink bottles, scarfs and Exclusive 30-Year Heritage items. 

Used by a host top Australian sports clubs across all leading codes, this is a new system which give Members more choice than ever before. 

After purchasing their 2026 Membership, each Member will have entitlements and credits pre-loaded into their Mber+ account, enabling them to redeem items and explore a wide range Swifts products.  

Credits can be used to cover postage, unless they are already exhausted once at checkout. In that case, postage will be an additional charge.

Steps to get started

After you sign up for a Swifts Membership you will recieve an email from Mber+ asking you to create a password to access the Membership Item store. If you have multiple Memberships on your account this will be sent to the Primary Account Holder. The email should arrive within 5-7 days of Membership purchase. If you do not receive it after this time frame please let us know (membership@nswswifts.com.au) 


You will be prompted to create a password. Once this has been created you can claim your Membership Items. 

Under "Entitlements" redeem your Membership Card & Lanyard which make up your Core Membership Pack(s). If you have more than one Membership on your account you will need to redeem Cards and Lanyards for each one. Redemption of Cards and Lanyards do not use any of your Membership Item credits. 

Use your credits to redeem the additional Membership Items of your choosing. Your credits can be viewed by clicking on the account holder's name. Please note, the amount of credits you receive depends on Membership Category and/or the number of Memberships in each account. It is the responsibility of the Primary Account Holder to redeem Membership Items if there are multiple Memberships on an account.   

Once an item is selected, please check your basket to see how many credits you have remaining. You can use credits to cover the cost of postage. If you exceed your credits before postage, Members will incur the cost of delivery.
