Ticketholders are encouraged to arrive early to avoid queues which may occur closer to the start of the game. For a quicker entry, we encourage ticketholders that are not carrying a bag to use the bagless entry bridge at the bottom of Olympic Boulevard. Please note there will be other events held at Sydney Olympic Park so we encourage you to arrive early to find parking and be patient upon leaving due to the increased foot traffic around the park. Please follow the below instructions to ensure we all create a safe environment. * As per the latest Government advice on 18 June 2021, face masks are strongly recommended to be worn at all indoor venues including Ken Rosewall Arena * Please stay home if you’re feeling unwell, have been in contact with a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 case in the past 14 days, have returned from overseas in the past 14 days, or have been in a COVID hotspot. * Practice physical distancing particularly when entering, navigating and exiting the venue. * Follow signage and the directives of staff at all times * Practice high-level hygiene, including washing your hands and/or using sanitiser.

Members are encouraged to visit our Member Hub prior to each home game to confirm how to access their tickets or seats based on their membership package. Members should have received their 2021 Member Pack in the mail. If you haven't, please contact membership@nswswifts.com.au
The closest parking stations to Ken Rosewall Arena are P3 and P4, located along Sarah Durack Avenue. P3 parking is under cover and has a larger capacity, while P4 is open air. Once parked in either car park, please make your way to the venue via Sarah Durack Avenue and turn on to Olympic Boulevard. We encourage all ticketholders to pre-book parking using the link below.
Entry to Ken Rosewall Arena is located at the end of Olympic Boulevard in Sydney Olympic Park. It is a 5 minute walk from the P3 and P4 parking stations and a 15 minute walk from the Sydney Olympic Park train station. Please click on the link below to view a map. Food and beverage will be available to purchase from the food trucks located outside the perimeter of the venue once you scan in and enter the precinct. Please note that food trucks are cashless.
We'd like to provide all members and ticketholders with important details on what you can and can’t bring into the venue. Please note that there is no cloak room available at Ken Rosewall Arena therefore you will not be able to store items at the venue.
