Member Seating

Welcome to the 2021 Suncorp Super Netball Season!

As we continue to navigate through the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, it is important that all Members read the information below for the latest updates on how member seating will be assigned in accordance with any changes in venue capacity, government restrictions and health guidelines. 

We encourage Members to visit this page in lead up to every home game to confirm how seating will be allocated based on the above.

As of 26 May 2021, Ken Rosewall Arena will operate at a 100% capacity for Swifts home games.
 
Please refer to your package below for further information on how to access home games.
 
Note: If there are any restrictions on venue capacity leading into the 2021 Season, the process in which members access or redeem tickets to home games will change and the current process as outlined below will not be valid. 

Find Your Package Below

Platinum, Red, Gold, Silver and Club Members will be able to sit in their reserved seats as stated on their 2021 Membership Card*.

Simply scan your Membership Card to gain entry. Please note that when finding your seats on game day you should do so in the following order; Find Gate, find Aisle, find Row, find Seat.

Ken Rosewall Arena does not display section numbers therefore your section will not be printed on your card to avoid confusion.

The Gate and/or Aisle number on your Membership Card may not be the same for every member in your group. This is likely to be the case for seats that have been allocated in the middle of a section as the aisle number is based on the closest aisle to each reserved seat which may be to the left or right. 

*Based on 100% seating capacity. If our seating capacity is reduced prior to any home game we will advise you on how member seating will be allocated under a ticket redemption process.

5 Game Members must redeem tickets for their five home games of choice.

The ticket redemption window for our first two home games against the Vixens (Round 3) and Magpies (Round 5) is now open!

Only the Primary Account Holder (PAH) who purchased memberships under their account will be able to redeem tickets for each membership they hold.

The PAH will be able to redeem tickets by entering their barcode number in the password box of the event page. 

If you do not have your barcode number, please contact us on membership@nswswifts.com.au

The redemption window will remain open up until two weeks before each home game. Any seats not redeemed before this time will be released to the public however you will still be able to redeem tickets based on best available seating in your category.

3 Game Members must redeem tickets for their three home games of choice.

The ticket redemption window for our first two home games against the Vixens (Round 3) and Magpies (Round 5) is now open!

Only the Primary Account Holder (PAH) who purchased memberships under their account will be able to redeem tickets for each membership they hold.

The PAH will be able to redeem tickets by entering their barcode number in the password box of the event page.

Interstate Members must redeem a ticket for their one away game of choice.

Our Membership Team will contact you via email on Monday 15 March to confirm your game and whether you would like to purchase additional tickets.

Members who do not receive access to games will be able to purchase tickets using a 10% Member Discount once they go on sale in April.

Members will receive an email with their discount code once tickets are on sale.
