Dear Swifts Members, we hope you are exicted about our first home game of the 2026 Suncorp Super Netball season against the Mavericks at Qudos Bank Arena this Sunday.
TICKET REDEMPTION REMINDER
As outlined in previous email correspondences, all 2026 Members that have this game as part of their Ticketed Membership must reedem tickets for Sunday via Ticketek (instructions below).
As the Double Header takes place at Qudos Bank Arena (and not Ken Rosewall Arena), your 2026 Membership Card will not work this weekend.
HOW TO REDEEM
- Redeem your tickets online via the Ticketek HERE. Members will be redirected to the event landing page on the Ticketek website.
- Enter your 12-digit Member barcode number in the box provided. If you have more than one Full Season Membership, each barcode must be entered on a new line (one underneath the other). Your seasonal barcode(s) can be found on the back of your Membership Card or at the bottom of this email.
- Click ‘Find Tickets’. Once your barcode is entered, an ‘Unlock Tickets’ button will appear.
- Due to the game being this Sunday all Membership categories will be allocated Bronze due to lower bowl being sold out.
- Log in to your My Ticketek account to proceed. If you do not have a My Ticketek account, you can create one in just a few easy steps.
