One of our most popular clinics, Train Like a Swift, is being held during the April school holidays.

It will be held on Wednesday 7 April and is a unique opportunity for junior netballers to learn from the NSW Swifts players and coaching staff.

The clinic includes both theory and practical sessions which provide an insight into the training regime of an elite netballer.

The clinic will be held at Netball Central and includes morning tea and lunch.

Ages: 11 to 15
