Sharni Lambden

Sharni Lambden, 26, is a talented Wing Defence specialist who joins the NSW Swifts for the 2025 season, having previously playing for the Melbourne Vixens. Despite a decade in the Netball Victoria pathway, this is Sharni’s first Suncorp Super Netball contract. After stepping away from the sport a few years ago, she returned when the Vixens called her up. Sharni impressed the Swifts Head Coach during a match in Melbourne in 2024, leading to her 2025 contract offer. Having previously worked as a teaching assistant, she’s now signed to a one-year deal and has a great opportunity to showcase her skills with the Swifts.
