Having debuted in the ANZ Championship for the Adelaide Thunderbirds, Maddy made the move to NSW and the Swifts for the inaugural season of Suncorp Super Netball and debuted against the Giants in Round 1, 2017. Since then she has become a Swifts captain, and Australian Diamond. She has two Swifts Premierships to her name so far, 2019 & 2021, and is signed with the Club until the end of 2026.
