Helen Housby, 30, is a dynamic Goal Attack and Goal Shooter for the NSW Swifts, known for her clutch performances and long-range shooting. Joining the Swifts in 2017, she became a Swifts Centurion and played in three Grand Finals, winning two Premierships (2019, 2021). A star for England’s Roses, Helen won Commonwealth Gold in 2018, scoring the winning goal against Australia. She was named 2023 Netball World Cup MVP after leading England to the final. A back-to-back Club MVP, Helen is a true Swifts leader and is on track to reach a 10-season milestone in 2026. She also has a cat named Roger!
