- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Possess a friendly, reliable, and punctual demeanour, with a courteous and professional attitude, a strong sense of self-motivation, enthusiasm, and excellent personal presentation
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with others
- Showcase outstanding time management abilities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
- Be adaptable, flexible, and willing to assist the team in a variety of tasks as needed
- Capable of working independently, while also following instructions and taking direction when required
- Hold a current Working with Children’s Check, ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Events team
- Provide support to the Event Manager and Events Coordinator, and actively help courtside, right on the field of play
- Serve as a Team Liaison, ensuring seamless operations behind the scenes
- Fan Engagement Assistant – Be the first point of contact for members and fans at Ken Rosewall Arena, ensuring they begin their unforgettable experience
- Mascot Minder – Be at the heart of the excitement, managing the mascot and engaging with the crowd
- Corporate Hospitality Assistant – Work alongside high-profile VIPs, delivering a premium experience
- Accreditation Officer – Ensure all individuals are signed in and equipped with the necessary materials for a smooth event experience
