Vanessa was a member of the 2008 NSW Swifts premiership winning team in the inaugural year of the ANZ Championship.

Vanessa, or Nessy, hails from Sutherland Shire Netball Association.

A determined and quiet achiever in netball, Vanessa is always working hard with little fanfare or acknowledgement – but that is the way she likes it.

A steady and thoughtful WA and C; she has a high work rate, a dynamic drive across the top of the circle and combines well with those athletes around her.

After a standout 2008 which saw her named in the Australian Netball Squad, Vanessa will be looking forward to stepping out on court in 2010 and reviving her role in one of the most gifted attacking lines in the competition.
